Good location and price. The staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating with limited resources. The breakfast was nice and so was the pool. The workout room was a good size with up-to-date equipment.
Our room had dirty towels in the closet and a used cup on the floor. Linens for the pullout bed were missing. They were understaffed and I had to go get new towels and linens myself. (One sheet was ripped, but at that point, we were too tired from our travels and understood the staffing issue to bother more with it.) Spiders in the bathroom, and several dead flies on the windowsill. Child handprints all over the closet mirrored doors. If housekeeping had been improved, we would have felt quite comfortable otherwise.

The breakfast was good and kids loved the pool and hot tub area.
Pool area closed to early on weekend and the young lady on -duty for the evening we were there was very rude and unhelpful!

Stranded in a snow storm, and this place was warm and friendly
No elevator, so a bit rough lugging bags to the second floor

Breakfast was probably the highlight of the stay there.
I was really upset to the fact that when I approached the front desk about the sofa bed mattress having numerous blood stains her response was "we are booked and there is nothing we can do about it" How can the hotel not replace that mattress!!!! When we removed the cushions there was food crumbs all over. We had the YMCA Swim State competition and had no choice but to stay there. I also called the from desk for a blanket or comforter for my children because they were cold. Her answer was "we only have sheets" I do not understand if you advertise the hotel with a sofa bed for four people why not provide with blankets for the sofa bed???

I did like that the have a nice pool and outdoor scenery with a beautiful patio.
Upon arrival, the staff gave me a room key where other guests did not check out. I was able to walk in on a family with my key. I was extremely upset and was not given a discount at all. Instead, they put me in another room that smelled of urine and the linen had visible stains present throughout. I reported the condition and the clerk, only brought in clean sheets. I was extremely upset and embrassed because this was the night before my wedding and I had my bridesmaids with me during my stay. I had to demand to speak with a manager because the clerk reported to me that they did not have any more two beds available. Moments later, the clerk was able to find us another room and thank goodness it was in a way better condition than the second room we were assigned.

Great location and fair price.
The key machine was not working so for two days I had to wait in a line and ask to be let into my room. The workers seemed annoyed and bothered. A few were very lazy. Not a positive experience at all. Breakfast was cold and not appealing at all.

Great room. Nice facilities. Very friendly staff.
The pool was really cold!! Too cold for my husband and I let alone for our little boy! That was disappointing because we were looking forward to using it.

Close to highway.
Evette- staff person was rude and condescending. She spoke negative about a customer, to a person in line - totally unprofessional. When checking me in, I asked her to verify my rooms and the amounts. She was irritated and tried to handle me by saying "people don't understand our system"... Acted like she knew what she was doing. However, she did exactly what I asked her not to, and charged my card 6 times the amount. The hassle of dealing with the banks and Clarion's staff isn't worth the stay. Sorry.
